Delivery Coverage

We currently offer PAN India delivery through our logistics partner, DTDC.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines are 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the delivery location. Timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to circumstances beyond our control (courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, etc.).

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated on a weight-based basis and will be displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details via email/WhatsApp/SMS, where available.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

In the event of delayed delivery, please contact us at enquiry@thebrilliantenterprises.com with your order number. We will coordinate with DTDC to resolve the issue. Brilliant Enterprises is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged Shipments

If a package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance or report it to us within 48 hours with photographic evidence, so we can process a claim/replacement under our Return & Exchange Policy.
