Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled free of charge and with a full refund at any time before the order has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at enquiry@thebrilliantenterprises.com or +91-7987521629 with your order number.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to receive the product, you may refuse delivery, after which the matter will be handled under our Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy (applicable only where a manufacturing defect is later identified upon inspection).

Cancellation by Brilliant Enterprises

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to deliver to the specified address. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Refund on Cancellation

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
